Mr. K.R Kamath is a career banker with 38 years' experience in four public sector banks of which two as Chairman & Managing Director; Headed industry bodies like Indian Banks Association (IBA), Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) and Indian Institute for Banking & Finance (IIBF) facilitating development of sound and progressive banking policies; Broad based exposure to other areas of financial sector through Board positions; As CMD of PNB, consistently figured in the Top 100 India Inc. Most Powerful CEOs surveyed by Economic Times during 2010 to 2014. He is presently on the Boards of various listed and private companies. He is also the Chairman of New Opportunity Consultancy Private Limited (NOCPL) and Ashimara Housing Private Limited.
Vice-Chairman and Director
Ganesh started his career in FMCG distribution. Post that he moved into banking in the initial days of private sector banking in India. Ganesh has more than 2 decades of experience in Banking & Financial services with institutions such as GE, Cholamandalam and DCB Bank. He co-founded Suryoday Microfinance (now Suryoday Bank). Post his successful exit, he has built a credit-driven BC business with a focus on financial inclusion.
Independent Director
Mr. B. A. Prabhakar retired as Chairman and Managing Director of Andhra Bank in August 2013 after serving various Banks for about 37 years. He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Mysore and a Chartered Accountant. He served on various Boards representing the Banks he had worked for.
He was on the Board of Karnataka Bank Ltd., as Independent Director for five years. He is presently on the Board of Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance Co. Ltd, L&T Finance Holdings Ltd, and ASREC India Ltd. He is presently the Chairman of National Securities Depository Ltd.
Director & CEO
30+ years of experience in distribution, Microfinance and leading large teams. Rajaram has 15 years of Sales & Distribution experience in large organisations like Unilever and Airtel. He has also led Sales team in insurance businesses. In his latest role he was ED& CEO of Swadhaar, a leading Microfinance company.
